I came ac5.1.7_poster_bird_2ross this quote this morning as I was trawling through pinterest to find your last QOTD before you sit your Leaving Certificate exam tomorrow afternoon. This quote has three clear messages ladies. 1.  Trust yourself 2. Always believe in yourself and finally have faith in your own ability.

Stay as healthy as you can, eat a good breakfast, get plenty of shut eye, try not to over analyse things, keep it simple and do not compare yourself with others.

Reflecting on sports day, especially  exam years 📙📖💭

To all my exam years keep up the good work, summer is around the corner, you are on the homestretch now. Just like hurdles (sack race/tug of war) in a race you must (jump)  get back up no matter what the outcomes are. You have to finish the race and give it your 💯%. No matter how you place in the race, be it 1st, 3rd or 4th,  just remember, like hurdles, there’s always a way to improve performance🔝❗️. Don’t forget,  after school study tomorrow is at 3.10-5pm
