Homemade fresh basil and sun-dried tomato pesto

***Recipe of the Day** A pinch of patience, a spoonful of laughter, 3 cups of enthusiasm 1/2 lb of sharing, a teaspoon of creativity and a heap of fun. Today my Transition Year students experimented with fresh basil, garlic, Parmesan, rich nuts olive oil and sun-dried tomatoes to make fresh basil and sun-dried tomato pesto.
