Digging the dirt (Mindflowerwellness)

I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in tune once more- John Burroughs

There is no such thing as a “perfect” gardenAs my grandfather once said to me “The garden of the home reflects the soul of the occupier”. For me gardening is not unlike how we manage our daily lives – let it be, let it in, or let it go. Pulling the weeds, you either do so by the roots or the leaves. If you don’t get to the root of the problem it just keeps on surfacing again and again and again. When we plant flowers we envision what they will eventually look like, however, that flower needs the correct soil, fed and watered, protected from the elements and admired when colour takes form. We too in life need a bit of flower care to get to where we want to be #mindflowerwellness
