Sometimes there are things in the world we cannot change, but it’s amazing how making some changes to the environment in which we are in everyday can really create and increase opportunities to succeed and participate to our full potential. I’m now introducing our new height adjustable kitchen unit. The Home Economics department are delighted with their gift from the “fairy pumpkin godmother” over midterm break, just in time for the extreme makeover taking place this Saturday! The transition year students have a busy few days ahead of them, washing down walls, covering units and organising a smooth fun filled Saturday afternoon in school, with the help of family and friends. Paint brushes at the ready “please excuse the mess.. we build memories here.
