The young ladies in St Dominic’s completed their 3-R-trail for the Fine Dine At Mine – Cookery Competition. RESEARCH- RESTAURANT  – RECIPE! The students were required to enter their favourite restaurant dish suitable for two people, main course only! The deadline was last week so now we would like  to show you our impressive dishes. The competition gave the students an opportunity to experiment with different ingredients, herbs, spices, healthier alternatives and thinking outside the box!
